An ancestor of my husband owned land in Pinxton in the 18th century. I am blogging his account book

That is the first post, but many subsequent ones refer to Pinxton. Thomas regularly visits to collect rents and, at least once, to attend the Pinxton Feast.

In the next few days, Thomas comments on the rebuilding of the church.
